Will you Help Individuals with disabilities THRIVE?

New Hope of Indiana serves people with disabilities throughout central Indiana. From in-home and residential services to day services, therapy, and counseling programs, we strive to create loving, supportive environments that provide the best support for each individual and family we serve.

Our mission is clear: to actively support individuals with disabilities through comprehensive services and unwavering advocacy for human dignity. We envision a world where everyone belongs, and our community embraces and welcomes individuals with disabilities, making inclusion the norm.

At New Hope of Indiana, we are not just an organization; we are a community dedicated to empowering individuals we serve to live their most fulfilling life. Established as the largest not-for-profit provider of residential services in Marion County, we pioneer transformative initiatives that foster inclusivity, independence, and a culture of compassion.

Our Programs:

Residential Services- Operating 53 homes with 3-8 bedrooms each, we provide comprehensive residential services, addressing all basic needs for survival. From nursing and behavioral services to durable medical equipment, we ensure that our residents have access to the support they need.

Day Services- The Day Services program gives participants an activity-packed experience every weekday. Participants can shape their own day by doing what they love to do.

Transition Services- Through community-based Transition Services, young adults with disabilities will find a meaningful experience that encourages skills for independence and employment, socialization, and community involvement. Our Transition Services are offered through the AIM (Achieving Inclusion and Meaning) and the Cheese and Thank You Food Truck programs.

Vocational Services- We help individuals with disabilities secure meaningful employment. In vocational services, we go beyond traditional employment support, actively seeking partnerships with new employers to provide diverse opportunities.
